- A minimum of four people are required to book a private tour.
- Private tours must be booked at least 5 days prior to tour start date.
- Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours prior to tour start for a refund.

Our private group tours offer a flexible way to enjoy any of our signature experiences, including Late Night, Taco Tuesday, Brunch, or First Taste. Each tour is tailored to your group, with curated restaurant stops, delicious tastings, and optional wine or cocktail pairings, all guided at a pace that works for you. Whether you’re celebrating, hosting, or bringing people together, this is a seamless and memorable way to experience Atlanta’s food scene.
First Stop | Welcome & Starter
Your experience begins with a light, flavorful introduction at your first stop, paired with a wine or cocktail to set the tone for the tour.
Second Stop | Main Experience
Next, enjoy a more substantial course that reflects the style of tour you’ve selected, complemented by a curated pairing and guided at a pace that suits your group.
Final Stop | Dessert & Close
We wrap up with a final course, often something sweet or memorable, paired with a final sip to bring the experience to a smooth and satisfying close.

Customer Cancellation:
- Full Refund: You may cancel your booking for a full refund if you notify Gastro Tours Atlanta at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled tour start time.
- No Refund: Cancellations made less than 72 hours prior to the scheduled tour start time are non-refundable. This includes "no-shows" (guests who do not arrive for the tour).

Gastro Tours Atlanta Cancellation:
- Gastro Tours Atlanta reserves the right to cancel or reschedule tours due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to, extreme weather conditions, insufficient bookings, or restaurant closures.
- In the event of a cancellation by Gastro Tours Atlanta, guests will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule their tour for another date.
